The reference fees and holding deposit are payable at the same time. The holding deposit will reserve the property for 10 working days. This provides ample time for completion of reference checks. If references are not completed within this timeframe due to non-submission of information by an applicant the Landlord may decide to re-market the property and All fees will be non-refundable.

No fees will be refunded if one or more references fail to pass. (All references for a property must pass in order to proceed with the Let)

All fees will be refunded should the Landlord withdraw from the Let.

Administration: £100.00+vat per tenancy

Renewal of Tenancy: No fee

Administration fees are to cover the drawing up of the Tenancy Agreement and associated documents and for the registration and protection of the deposit.

Deposit: Equal to between one to two months rent

A dilapidations deposit of no less than one months equivalent rent will be required per tenancy and returned at the end of the tenancy subject to any deductions for dilapidations. This deposit is subject to individual Landlord requests and can be as much as the equivalent to two months rent.

Check -in: No Fee

Check -out: £150.00 per tenancy

The check-out fee covers the attendance of the Clerk to perform a full check out report with reference to the Inventory following vacation at the end of a Tenancy
